Somewhat Surprising E-Discovery Analytics Usage Survey Results

I recently tried out the Linkedin Polling App.  It was pretty easy.  According to Linkedin, the target audience consisted of e-discovery-related people in the Legal industry.   Target result group was 250; only 61 responded.  Still. half of the respondents said that they were not using analytical tools as part of e-discovery. If this even approximates reality, that leaves a big audience for 2011.
