Presenting this week at the IBM SPSS national conference.  The takeaway: organizations with existing intellectual capital and software platforms to do text and data mining have much to gain by examining the cross-departmental use of that talent and enabling technology for robust adaptive  processes in information management, compliance, risk assessment, investigations and litigation response.
